Academic honesty is essential.<\/li><li class=\"p3\">Use electronic devices in class only for approved learning activities. Avoid posting content that could harm, harass, defame, or discriminate against others or damage the College\u2019s reputation.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-7485\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-7485\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Legal, Compliance, and Wellbeing Responsibilities<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-7485\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7485\"><ul><li class=\"p1\">Comply with New Zealand laws and College regulations at all times.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Follow the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice, including attendance, wellbeing, accommodation (for under-18s), and behaviour standards both on and off campus.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Do not possess, consume, or be under the influence of illegal drugs or prohibited substances on campus or at college-related activities.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Follow New Zealand\u2019s legal drinking age (18+) and do not consume alcohol on campus or at College events without prior permission. Never buy or give these to anyone under the age of 18.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9d20213 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9d20213\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-08ce2e0\" data-id=\"08ce2e0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddb7f43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddb7f43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Disciplinary action may apply if a student does not comply with the Student Code of Conduct. This can include verbal or written warnings, suspension from classes, or other appropriate measures.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Serious breaches of the Code, including misconduct, illegal activity, or behaviour that places others at risk may result in the immediate suspension or termination of enrolment.
